Design, Development & Testing

Arvind Composites has an in-house design and development team that keeps experimenting with newer resin formulations, reinforcement materials/ designs and process improvements, besides working on new products for varied applications. We work with customers for creating long term solutions with optimized designs and evangelize key benefits of using FRP as a replacement of conventional material.

From conceptual model/drawing to final assembly and erection drawings, we provide all sorts of design services through our team of experienced draft-men, designers and structural engineers
Our simulated results have been calibrated with experimental and theoretical data, this has enabled us to extensively incorporate our simulation skills into designing. Our teams are comfortable working with various CAD software such as Solid works 2019, Inventor 2018, AutoCAD 2018, Nastran In-CAD 2018.

Finally, we have extensive in-house facility for physio-mechanical and chemical testing. All our incoming raw materials and production outputs are subjected to multi-stage thorough quality check procedures. Additionally, we also work with customers to make specific jigs and fixtures needed to perform customized testing for specific applications.

FRP industry is still considered to be one of the emerging industry and as far as design is concerned there are many international codes yet to be developed, as shown below our design is based on various International standards such as CTI, ACMA, ASCE, ISO, EN etc.

Testing

Arvind has in-house testing facility for physico-mechanical testing. From raw material which is purchased from reputed vendors to finished products, we maintain high quality output through continuous batch-wise testing
We thrive for Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes with emphasis on consistent quality
At times it is required to step up and take extra measures for client satisfaction for which we develop unique fixtures for various type of testing
